Program Description

Our SMS/text-message program may send messages related to our recycling-center services, including:

Appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations
Commercial pickup, delivery, dispatch, loading, unloading, and scale-house communications
Account, transaction, payment, ticket, and customer-service notifications
Recycling-center hours, holiday closures, facility updates, and material-acceptance information
Recycling events, community announcements, promotions, and special offers, where you have opted in to receive marketing messages

Consent and Enrollment

You may opt in to receive text messages by texting an advertised keyword to our business phone number, checking an optional SMS-consent box on an approved form, providing separate written consent, or replying affirmatively to a documented SMS enrollment request.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
